Rrom the high slopes of Orange., this Shiraz is medium bodied, pretty and elegant, but still with plenty of depth. Wild yeast. 12 months in oak. Rich yet soft aromas of mulberry and dark cherry, spices of tarragon, white pepper and clove, plum, beef stock and peach flavours. The last couple of vintages have been getting some good shout outs from Halliday, being awarded 92 and 93 points respectively. We look forward to disarming a few more old school Shiraz drinkers with this energetic jazzy take on shiraz and winning over a few newbies first tasting this subdued poised style.
