    An all round blend to nourish the adrenals and support digestion and detoxification – Great for stress, fatigue and exhaustion.

    Licorice root is one of the most widely used herbs today. Medicinal properties include: anti-inflammatory, antiallergenic, anti-arthritic and antipyretic. It is also a diuretic and a mild expectorant.

    Peppermint is antispasmodic, antiseptic, anaesthetic, astringent, analgesic and diaphoretic. It’s considered a tonic, decongestant, stimulant, stomachic and antiemetic.

    Fennel seeds are a circulatory tonic with estrogenic effects. They are also diuretic, expectorant, antioxidant, carminative and anti-inflammatory. Common medicinal uses include: to relieve digestive issues and gas, to improve the absorption of nutrients, for sore throats and gum disorders, to fight urinary tract infections, to relieve chest congestion and flush toxins

    Rose Petals not only look beautiful but they are also bountiful in antioxidants that work to protect your body from cell damage. The Polyphenols in rose tea have been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and cognitive diseases.

    Hibiscus is rich in vitamin C, minerals and various antioxidants. Common health benefits include: blood pressure management, menstrual pain, antidepressant properties, aids digestion, weight loss, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory.

    While leafy coriander and coriander seeds come from the same plant, their aroma and flavour differs. The seed is sweet and toasty with a warm aroma and flavour; a favourite in Middle Eastern cuisine. Medicinal properties include: alterative, diaphoretic, diuretic, carminative, stimulant, good for digestive and urinary tract complaints.

    Directions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 3-5+ minutes. For an ice tea add some fresh strawberries, mint leaves and ice.
