The Graphite series redefines the meaning of every day drinking with its approachable fruit flavours and smooth finish. Sourced from premium wine regions throughout Australia. The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperatures after inoculating with selected yeast strains. This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters. Post fermentation the wine was blended and bottled to maintain ultimate freshness.
